Bedrooms

The staircase from the lounge, with original tiling, leads you to a bright landing area where you will find two large bedrooms at the front of the house each one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The left hand bedroom is 13' x 13'6" with its own dressing room area and wardrobe of 10' x 7.6". The right hand bedroom is 13'6" x 12' and has an 'en-suite' dressing room area and wardrobe of 8' x 8'

At the rear of the house is the largest bedroom in the house (25' x 21') overlooking the patio and pool. This is the master bedroom and has a beautifully carved double bed with an en-suite luxury shower room and toilet which is fully tiled. The room is fully carpeted. The window has a wrought iron feature grill to ensure the safety of anyone sleeping in this room. A remotely operated Velux blind protects the Velux roof window. In May 2005 this bedroom was fitted with reversible air-conditioning and from 2007 has a 3 seater sofa.

Stairs from the landing lead to the final two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet and handbasin in a vanity unit. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and is 14'6" x 12' - this bedroom is mainly used by friends and family and has been fitted with reversible air-con. The other had two single beds and is 11'6" x 10' but has now been kitted out as a small lounge for when friends and family come to stay. The double bedroom has its own dressing room area with wardrobe space of 10' x 5', the other has hanging and drawer spaces.

All bedrooms have full length and smaller wall mounted mirrors, pictures, English mains adaptor plugs and bedside carpets. All have chests of drawers to supplement the wardrobe space, bedside cabinets with lights and occasional tables. Three hairdryers are included.

All bedrooms have an electric heater and additional blankets for cooler evenings in the winter.
